Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Jeffrey “Jeff” Mathis serves as a managing principal of Skyway Communities, LLC, and guides a partnership that acquires RV parks spanning the Mid-Atlantic and the Northeast. Jeffrey Mathis also heads Charlotte-headquartered Crossroads Realty Group, LLC, and focuses on developing and managing retail shopping centers and bespoke multifamily projects.

Also serving on the board of Carolina Lube, LLC, since 2019, Mr. Mathis monitors development activities of this, the largest Take 5 Oil Change franchisee in the country. He assists operating partners in strategically planning developments across primary markets. Also guiding on issues of financing and acquisitions, he is part of a company with a footprint that extends from North Carolina to New Jersey.

Jeff Mathis maintains a charitable commitment that includes working with One Box to support Ukrainian refugees in Poland who need essentials such as clothes and household items. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and history and a JD, earned at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
